century on the east coast of Spain.. Many non-Spaniards view paella as Spain's national dish, but most Spaniards consider

 

it to be a regional Valencian dish. Valencians, in turn, regard paella as one of their identifying symbols.

Sausage, Vegetables, and Beans.

Build Your Own Paella

 A combination of Spanish Rice,  Vegetables, and Beans with

Sausage, Chicken, and Seafood Medley served in separate Chaffers to accommodate all guests food restrictions or allergies

Our Chef will arrive and set up the Paella Pan, Prepare and serve you and your guests

clean up and tear down.

Includes a Garden Salad with Balsamic Dressing, Cutlery and Square Dinner Plates.

$35 per guest plus tax and gratuity

Add a 1 hour Tapas starter  -  5 selections 3 hot 2 cold  to the beginning of your Paella Party 

as guests arrive Tapas will be passed around
